The kings of the earth take
their stand,
And the rulers take counsel
together
Against the Lord and against His
Anointed;

you disowned the Holy and Righteous One,

put to death the Prince of life, the one

God raised from the dead, a fact to which

Jesus

Jesus
went away to pray, saying,
"My Father, if this
cup cannot pass away
unless I drink it,

And they hung Him.......
For 3 hours
darkness fell upon the land.
Jesus cried out
again, and yielded up His spirit.
The earth
shook, and the rocks were split,
the veil
was torn in two from top to bottom.
The tombs
were opened; and many bodies of the
saints who
had died were raised.
Matthew 27
When
it was evening....His body was wrapped and laid
in a new tomb, which a large rock closed
the entrance of the tomb. Pilate orders his
guards.
Matthew 27:57
At
dawn, a severe earthquake had occurred, for
an angel of the Lord descended and rolled away
the rock. He is not here. He has risen, just as
He said. Come, see the place where He was
lying.
Matthew 28
And
the angel said to the women, Do not be
afraid for I know that you are looking for
Jesus who has been crucified, He is not here,
for
He has risen !

And behold, Jesus
met them and greeted them. And they came up and
took hold of His feet and worshiped Him.
